A grocery store, health food store, wal-mart, gourmet shop, baking specialty shop.......

Just about any grocery store carries Red Star Yeast. And if they didn't, you could probably get some at the plant, which I think is still in the Menomonee Valley. There was talk of it closing, and I have to say that I haven't smelled it recently so perhaps it did.

But really, you'll find it in any grocery store.
