Mine is my daughter.
Walk around for an hour with rocks in your shoes and pins and needles sticking through your shirt poking your back. Be careful not to get too old cause your knees might lock up and we'll tape your fingers together so you can't use them properly. Maybe you can keep a mouthful of crackers so you can't speak either and tell people what you need them to do to help you..
Then when your hour is up, consider that she does that all day every day.
