You will see a small grey shape and a white dot pulsating that's the babies heart beat. You can see at this stage it is a baby. Good luck i hope you enjoy your ultrasound.

I had one at 7 weeks 5 days. They did it to see exactly how far along I was ( I have very long cycles, usually around 100+ days without a period... one reason I was on BCP's)
Anyway, the baby looks like a tiny little peanut. You will be able to see the flutter of the heartbeat. Too early to see hands, feet, etc.
good luck!

Mine was at 7.5 weeks. I saw the baby, about the size of a peanut. I could see the head, and the beginnings of the arm and legs buds. You'll see a bigger version of that. I also heard the hearbeat during the sonogram, that was the best part.

You shouldn't see anything really descriptive at all... If you want to see pictures of what you're baby looks like at each stage in the pregnancy, there's a magazine called "As Your Baby Grows" that has lots of pictures and will give you a better idea of how small your baby really is at your current stage. I was shocked when I saw that during my pregnancy.
