If you get 2300 in SAT can you go?

Yes, provided you've got perfect grades, a killer essay, gushing letters of recs, and some amazing extra currics. SAT and grades alone don't cut it alone. There are plenty of kids who will score a 2300+ with a perfect 4.0 unweighted GPA in hard classes.

It's a great score, but keep in mind that almost everyone admitted will have scores at least in the 700s on each test - the middle 50% for reading is 700-800, and 700-800 for math (according the the Fiske Guide to Colleges anyway). They also require 3 SAT Subject Tests, so you've got to do well on those, too.

And then amazing recs, activities, gpa, etc. with the toughest curriculum you can get your hands on in high school.

You're certainly en route to being a qualified candidate, but there's so much more to it...and even if you are "ideal" for Harvard, they get so many top-notch applications, they turn down people for no "real" reason other than they simply run out of spots.
