The size of the vehicle is very small, and the engine can't handle much more of a load than what it is already trying to move. The 2.0 engine in that vehicle even being a diesel isn't large enough to move much more than the vehicle itself.

because it made of little more than plastic and rubber. not much strenth in that. too much of a load will warp the frame.

oh yea, don't hit bumps either.
