why do all the fm radio stations' names start with the letter "K"?

KMVM, KISS, KSJO, etc..

Actually they used to start with W, but there got to be too many. So now east of the Mississippi they start with W, west of the Mississippi they start with K. Also the AM stations.

If they're west of the Mississippi they start with K (includes AM and TV stations)

If they're east they start with W

they don't WLIT, Dance faacotry, u know 93.9 or 92.7 or 99.9 or 92.5
