The child is 16, her sister is recieving monies for this child and they are living in a 2 bedroom house with a total of 15 people. The sister spends the money from ssi for her 4 children and herself. Christmas the child got 2 out fits and a pair of 6.99 shoes when the other children got bikes and name brand shoes. I'm aware the 16 yr old mother and father is deceased and shes living with a uncle and his girlfriend to exscape being a babysitter for 8 young children. To get $10 from her sister she has to agree to do all the laundry for 2 sisters. I need to find a way to get her out of the situation before she looses her sanity. Shes expressed how she wants to leave but don't have anywhere to go. The older sister is taking money from government that suppose to be to help take care of the younger sister and is taking care of herself and children. While the 16 yr old gets nothing but hand me downs.

you could call child protective services. and tell them you want the child to live with you. good luck. no child should live like that. you could also report her to social security, that money is for the upkeep of that child. they will make her go into the office and show proof of where the money is going.

You don't need to do that. Call the state child protective services department and alert them to the problem and they'll handle the problem.
