You need to either take it in for a thorough diagnosis or perform one yourself. Start by getting any codes stored in the PCM. If is has any codes, check through them for relating to a hard start or no start condition. Motors generally only need spark, fuel mixture, and compression to start. The newer cars also need a healthy computer and sensor string. I would first confirm strong and consistent spark to ALL cylinders. I cannot stress this test enough. When happy that you have this, check fuel pressure with a guage at the fuel rail connection point. I would check to be sure that the regulator's diaphram is not ruptured by removing the vacuum supply to it and cranking the motor to see if fuel is coming out the vacuum port. If all this is good and you believe your motor is sound, I would check into the cam sensor circuit especially if there is a code for it. These motors were famous for the magnet breaking off inside the timing chain area of the cam gear. To check for this you will have to remove the cam sensor and slowly turn motor by hand. You will have to use a mirror to see, but the cam gear will slowly rotate around and the magnet or the hole for the magnet will appear. Depending where your motor has stopped, it might take two full revolutions to see this magnet. I hope that helps, good luck.

First check to see if you have a vacuum leak at fuel pressure regulator. If so repair.Insulative grease on plug ends and on inside plug caps will keep spark from tracking to ground.Check connection to water temp sensor. Is it properly connected.A open cicuit here would be a no start.Check Dist .cap if that model had one,Check all vacuum lines for tight correct fit.Is it out of gas? Good Luck.
