Lately i've been seeing several people who have altered their looks by dying their hair extremely dark, and becoming overly tanned, and i wondered why, but now i noticed alot of celebs and others doing this now to and i heard someone say that its the new "in look" to look latino, and i noticed that they all do look like that, and im wondering if it really is the style now?, i mean, i dont find anything wrong with it, cause i personally find latino's very sexy, but im just wondering?

No race is in style. That's bordering racism itself. Anyway, the tan is probably because during the winter lots of people desperately want to get tanned to prove that they have the money to go somewhere tropical while the rest of their community is freezing its butt off. And, sadly, the casual-loose look that has been in for the past few seasons appears to be hypothetically coming to its end of fashion, as a spread in the latest Vogue theorizes that this spring will have more of a mod/plastic look. The style is to look as if they are someone else, to bring attention to themselves. Latinos aren't the only "tanned" looking people. And, not all are dark skinned.

lmao - well, naturally people say I look Latina > but i'm Eurasian :) It has become the new "in look", but I wouldn't call it a Latino style - it's becoming more of the middle eastern look... Persian, Arabic, etc. Though it's a combination of both I guess, depending on where you live.
