Hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete and the applications Tab
See what is running. If you want to end something, Hit End Process and then End Now will come up--Hit it check oK
Unless you are saying that t he mouse and keyboard and nothing works--- In that Case, Hold down the ON-OFF swirch
Turning Computer all the way off --wait a few seconds- than turn it oN watch the booting up process and see if there are any eroors You should be able to at least boot up by pressing F-8 and going into Safe Mode

From there you should be able to Unfreeze your comuter.
and start some applications

Well if it is brand new when you crash it and turn it back on it should be fine if it is a old computer that was made over 6 years ago then dont crash it!! but als try ctrl+alt+delete then it should come up with a little window box and try hitting end task to whatever you have up that frooze and if that doesnt work try escape
