I don't think it is possible to get an accurate count at any specific time, at least not with existing technology.
With dynamic webpages, each viewer sees something different from the same page. Would you count that as 1 page, or as the 1,987,321 people viewing it at that instant?

No, because you cannot reach every page by using one page as a starting point. And even if you could, new pages are being created constantly, so your answer would be invalid as soon as you got it. You MIGHT be able to find out how many domains are registered, but that is not the same as a web page.

Nope. Even Google and the other big search engines only index a small portion of the entire web, let alone the whole Internet, which is bigger than the WWW.
