Not married then no . Unless you have lived together as man and wife for more than 3 year`s ( they need proof of this ).
so if none of the above then you are both OK , they will only check out your circumstances .
This is based in the UK .

Never! Child support payments are based on the biological parents earnings only. He/She could live with or marry Donald Trump and only the biological parent's income is counted. Think about it - would anyone every marry a man or women who was paying child support - if their earnings would also be counted into the child support payment? No!

CSA. Is that a child support enforcement agency? If so, then no, they do not include the other household inhabitants income for making a determination of child support. But, if you purposely quit your job to avoid child support they will count your "potential earnings".

no way man !!!!!!! whatever your partner is earning is of no intrest to the csa also it none of there buisiness hope things work out
