1. When the Egyptian people finally rise up and overthrow the fascist government through civil war.
2. At the same time as Bush they could go out together in a "suicide pact" ;)
3. When hell freezes over.

We should respect our ruler even if we don't like him. He represents Egypt. His timing to die isn't in our hands, but in God's.
