I see a few possibilities:
1. When the Egyptian people finally rise up and overthrow the fascist government through civil war.
2. At the same time as Bush they could go out together in a "suicide pact" ;)
3. When hell freezes over.
4. When God finally decides to give him his "just" desserts.

We should respect our ruler even if we don't like him. He represents Egypt. His timing to die isn't in our hands, but in God's.

If die means to passaway, no one knows.
If you mean by die to be changed, so you can only dream of that.
