Well, I heard my best friend (he's a guy) telling some of my other friends that i wasn't pretty- in fact, i was ugly...i have self confidence so I'm not depressed about that...i'm just wondering if it's just me and my friends that think i'm pretty..or am i pretty for real? =]

No matter what anyone says... remember everyone is beatufil in their own way. I am a girl and I'm straight so i don't judge girls like a guy does. I think you are kinda pretty 3 1/2.

remember...Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" and since we don't have his eyes....well we can't say what he sees. Remember you won't appeal to everyone and it's good to hear you have confidence in your appearance. Concentrate on inner beauty it last far longer than outer. I did take it upon myself to check your pic...you look lovely...5. There is always some better looking and not as good looking. Don't worry about this superficial so-called friend. His motive might be that he wants to suggest to the other guys not to consider looking at you, because he wants you for himself. Watch him girl.
