go to download.com, download adaware, spybot, spydoctor (not that good), or spysweeper. *note* the spysweeper is a 15day free trial. 30 bucks for free version. you cna download 15 day free trial.
install and scan. Then Delete the viruses.

Go to www.microsoft.com
go to technical support there.
see or look it up on there site and type in their search engine the name of what type of trojan virus you gotten.
pull up the downloaded recommendations and follow the steps.
If this does not help. Go to your start button .
go to search
go to search computer files on c'
type in virsus software and see if you have one on your computer
than open that file up. double click it once it is installed. Open it up and let it run to see whether or not it will pick up on the virus. If it does it will automatically heal it. Good luck. Hope it helps! Happy New Year

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser. as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.
besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE.
download firefox for free, Just have a try:
