It was the Vietnam War, 1968. At the instant the photo was taken the gun had already been fired and the bullet had passed through the victim's head and was about to exit out the other side. The hair on the left side of the victim's head is fluffed up slightly as the bullet begins to exit his skull

The information on the photo is as follows:

South Vietnamese National Police Chief Brig. Gen. Nguyen Ngoc Loan executes a Viet Cong officer with a single pistol shot in the head in Saigon, Vietnam, on Feb. 1, 1968. Carrying a pistol and wearing civilian clothes, the Viet Cong guerrilla was captured near Quang Pagoda, identified as an officer and taken to the police chief.

I'm not sure what your question is but that is indeed a famous photo from the Vietnam war. The man holding the gun was a South Vietnamese military leader (perhaps a general) who was executing a Vietcong soldier right in the street. Unfortunately I forget many of the detail but I have not forgotten the image. It craete quite a lot of controvery when it first appeared in the US.

If I remember correctly, it was in Vietnam 1968. A South Vietnamese commander named Nguyen Ngoc Loan wasted a Vietcong officer around the Tet Offensive. Gruesome video. Blood pours out like a water fountain.

It was in Vietnam. It was a S. Vietnamese officer executing a suspected Viet Cong infiltrator. There is also a video news clip of it as well, if you're into that sort of thing.

it truly is approximately what the media glamorizes nonetheless in daily existence I doubt human beings sense greater efficient approximately black male/white lady relationships than the opposite. One looks greater pushed via stereotypes and "the in element" while the different frequently comes out of a love that has not something to do with such issues yet oh nicely
