This really does work, and it's a WAY better answer than "it's easy" or "i download it." And, it's TOTALLY FREE!!! I promise!!! I've had it for 2 and a half years for the songs on my computer!!!

Trust me, the steps are'ntr that hard, I do it all the time!!! (I'm not a geek either, I'm pretty cool... lol)
The steps in order:

1. Go to www.limewire.com
2. Download the free version of limewire.
3. When it's done, you can begin downloading music.

(It usually shows you how, but i'll show you anyway)

4. Click on the "Search" tab (it has a magnifying glass on it.)
5. Under the words "All Types.........Filename" put the name of the artist or name of the song you want to download.
6. Press "Enter."
7. Click on one of the top selections, they are the best quality.
8. It takes about one to 7 minutes depending on the speed of your internet.
9. When it's done, you click on "Library." (it has a little blue file as the picture.)
10. There you go, your song is there.

But how to put it on Windows Media Player?
1. Open both Windows Media Player and Limewire.
2. Highlight the song you want to put into W.M.P.
3. Click on it (don't let go) and drag it to your W.M.P library.
4. You have succseful (and free-ly) downloaded songs unto Windows Media Player!!!

Sorry if they were a llittle overwelming, when it's free songs- it's got to be overwelming to successfully download something.

Windows Media Player IS NOT a music store. It is merely a player your computer uses to play the music. You need to download music from other sources or cd's. You would then use Windows Media Player to play them on your computer.
