He may have grounds to file charges, but more than likely what he'll have to do first is get a restraining order. She'd only be able to make contact if it referenced the children.
Other than that, he can just buy an answering machine and screen all of her phone calls. That way, if she does call about the kids he can answer, otherwise she'll probably just hang up.

in keeping with what state you reside in you're in a position to place a restraining or shielding order in comparison female to maintain her from harrassing you via telephone or in individual. In some states she would desire to be answerable for "stalking", in SC a individual chanced on answerable for stalking gets a 300 and sixty 5 days in detention center. In VA the district lawyer's place of work can provide help to obtain a shielding order. examine along with your states rules pertaining to to harrassment, stalking and standards for a shielding or restraining order.

He should record all calls that she makes and use them to file a restraining order. Some girls like the drama and she probably can't stand that he's with someone else. I don't talk to my son's father, and messages go through his mother. It saves a lot of time and a lot of arguments.

How do you know if that is why she is calling. I call my ex to ONLY talk about our son.....and he turns it around everytime to sould like I called to argue. Not true.....and when we go to court....I have proof that he is trying to manipulate the whole situation. He likes drama.
But if she really is harrassing him....go to court and file a restraining order.

Sounds like a case of "baby-mama-drama" to me. Keep your nose out of it. It's best that way.
