Best choice and why. I like Mike Martz. The Dolphins have been sorry on offense since Dan Marino. The defense is Super Bowl caliber, we need to score to win. Also, if you feel someone being considered is a poor choice, you can also put that down.

I agree, you couldn't have made a worse choice than they did with Dave Wannstedt. He buried the Chicago Bears, consistantly lost with Miami, and is currently running the Pittsburgh program into the ground.

Mike Martz would be good. I like your way of thinking.
Anyone who currently runs a conservative offense would be a terrible choice.

Mike Sherman
Three straight (NFC North) division titles for only the fourth time in team history, joining Lombardi's three-time winners of 1960-62 and 1965-67, along with the 1995-97 division champions of Mike Holmgren;
Four consecutive playoff appearances;
Five straight winning seasons (9-7 in 2000, 12-4 in 2001 and '02, 10-6 in 2003 and '04);
Reaching 50 career victories, including playoffs, second fastest among the Packers' 13 head coaches;
Three of the Packers' six winning records on the road over the past 36 seasons, including last year's 6-2 mark away from home - Green Bay's best since 1972; and
A 20-4 regular-season record (.833) Dec. 1 or later - best in the NFL the past five seasons - including a perfect 4-0 in both 2000 and 2003 (the Packers have a plus-28 turnover ratio in those 24 games). 55-31 overall record in his five seasons as Green Bay's head coach.

I heard their looking at Ken Whisenhunt the Steelers Offensive Coordinator but if Cowher retires this year he might get the head coach job in Pittsburgh thats why i dont think he left after the Steelers went to the Super Bowl they prob told him to hold off with taking offers. It depends on who offers the most money. But Mora(falcons) is looking for a job as well maybe he'll do better with out Vick i dont no.

An offensive leader, they have pretty good talent if they Culpepper can come back healthy (which is a big if). Culpepper is not a leader though, they need someone that slaps other players around if a play goes wrong someone that can be the face for that offence. I dont think it really matters what position that player is. But it helps when its the QB

I like Jim Bates. He's had success before when Wanny got canned and he's familiar with the system and the players. Defense wins championships. When he was our defensive coordinator (GB) i hoped they'd give him the hc job. I like Bates
