I would like to apply for a loan for a car. i want to join mycredit union, and they say that you have to be in good standing with them to apply for a loan with them. Do you know how long would it be before i can apply for a loan?

Any credit unions that I know of will let you apply for a loan as soon as you join.

Usually the credit union is pretty fast a matter of days, it depends on your credit, your best bet is to give them a call and find out.
