Try bone marrow soup. Simply created a chicken broth with cut open chicken bones. Very healthy for your body and will definitely aid in cleansing your bones.

Of course milk is important too to keep the inside of your bones healthy, strong, and..er...yeah,, clean.

hahahahaha wow you are a moron. try cutting off all of your muscle and skin and then taking a sponge and just scrubbing really hard with some tough anti-bacterial soap. it should do just the trick.

I scrub my bones with a mild detergent and non-abrasive pad, then hang them out to dry.

I don't know about keeping them "clean", but you can strengthen your bones with calcium (i.e. drinking milk or orange juice).
