My son says:
1. No, he doesn't say that but they are said to be his closest friends besides Kakashi (sp?) who was teaching him for the final rounds.
2. That's from the Japanese version online with subtitles... unsure based on TV aired shows.
3. Probably find out this Saturday.

-After the Orochimaru thing, he stays good. If he goes back to Konoha that is. XD.
Does Gaara go after Sasuke? Why?
-Yeah he does. They get a work of Akatsuki and they thing that since Itachi is in Akatsuki they might get close to Sasuke, Gaara was taken to Akatsuki so they can remove the demon within him.
Does Sasuke and Sakura ever go out? When?
-In a genjutsu, but not as real.
Does Sakura ever get her own jutsu? What is it?
-No. She takes Tsuande's jutsus.

Sasuke only says Naruto has becomes his best friend, not Sakura.
Sasuke has never turned evil before, he just went to Orochimaru to seek greater power. He has yet to kill anyone so far, so he can't be considered evil yet...(you need to wait and watch part 2 to judge his character) because the true story stopped after Sasuke defecting Konoha village.
No, Gaara didnt go after Sasuke, he was assigned to help out those rookies Shika, Lee, Neji, Choji, Naruto and Kiba in their Sasuke's retrieving mission. well, Gaara's siblings were there too to help out.
No, Sasuke and Sakura never dated. If you ever saw an episode where Sasuke hanging out with Sakura, that was probably an impostor cloned by Iruka's sensei to test out their ability before the chuunin examination.
Yes, Sakura will get her own jutsu ONLY in part 2 because shes still pretty weak in part 1. She will becomes the apprentice of Tsunade and learn alot of medical jutsus from her in part 2 and she also gain incredible human strength.

1. Sasuke does say that Naruto is his best friend. That's why Sasuke tries to kill Naruto, in order to get the Mangekyo Sharingan. It is said that in order to obtain the Mangekyo Sharingan, you have to kill your best friend.
2. As of now, Sasuke is with Orochimaru. With regards to being "evil", I don't think so. Sasuke says that he is with Orochimaru because with Orochimaru's help, he can finally kill his brother. Once Oro takes over Sasuke's body, he can kill his brother, even if it's not really him anymore.
3. The last fight with Sasuke and Gaara was in the forest.Gaara was in his "partial" transformation stage (only half his body) and he defeats Sasuke, though not completely because Naruto saves Sasuke. Naruto and Gaara battle it out. Naruto wins.
4. So far, Sasuke and Sakura hasn't gone out yet and i doubt they ever will. Maybe in Naruto part 2 if or when Sasuke sides with Konoha again.
5. I don't know if Sakura ever gets her own jutsu, but what i do know is that Sakura becomes a medical-nin under Tsunade's instruction and she becomes a really really good one. She can make antidotes to unknown poisons really fast.

Sasuke chooses to turn evil because he wants to become powerful enough to destroy his brother, who killed his entire clan. That mark that Orochimaru will make him very powerful.

Yes, Sakura will get her own jutsu. The Fifth Hokage trains her. She becomes a medical ninja (healer, who possesses the strength of 3-4 men) like her master the Fifth Hokage who is on the same team as Jiraiya (Naruto trainer) and Orochimaru (before he turns evil).

yes sasuke turns evil to gain enough power to kill itachi soo he join orochimaru's side
yeah well if u mean the chunin exan then yeas he try to fight him with his inner moster(you no like naruto has a inner monster) but if u mean to rescue sasuke yes but doesn't because he has to help rocklee in a fight agaist this bone guy.
no they never go out but there is a toching moment when he karate chops here before he leaves to the side of evil.
yes sakura get trained by tsunade the fifth hokage and learn medical jutsu and get super strenght.
