question about this HTML code?

what is the code used for these boxes with scroll bars that http://www.myspace.com/isupport uses for its banners? i know what to put in the box but im not sure what code is used for enclosing the banner codes.

ps- scroll down a little to see what im talking about thanks!

why bother? it seems to only work on internet explorer, unless you mean the

table
