Watch your favorite movie or TV show or go see a movie... distractions are good.
This might sound kinda strange but you could like do a bit of future planning, like organize your money and plan for a trip or some big purchase you want, set little goals for yourself. Basically I always like to have something to look forward to, even if it isn't too big, for a bit of a pick-me up, so the future looks brighter.
Ummm take some friends to dinner, have friends over just to hang out
Take a nap. You never know, you might be happier when you wake up.
I was super sad yesterday but i feel better today, you never know it might just be a temporary thing (hopefully)

What are you sad about. Well anyways if your sad then you could try going some place quiet and peaceful where you could be alone and think of happy thoughts and all the good thinks that you have in your life.

First of all realize that it's ok to be sad sometimes. It's part of being human. Try writing a poem about how you feel or start a journal. Do somethng nice for someone without being asked. Get physically active. Your sadness will pass.

We all get sad at times, but you dont have to stay sad. Talk to someone, or write your thoughts down. Think of happy thoughts. I hope you feel better

everybody is sad at one(or more) point(s) in their lifes...but do as i do...or at least i`m trying....remember the good times...if you don`t have o special reason to be sad, think at the people that come up with horrible experiences, people that lose their families..be sure that one day you will deal with a similar problem...and then..what will you do, if you are sad now for no reason?! chear up!! call a friend! talk to someone..remember the good times!!

working out always helps me. Another way is to realize that someone always has it worse than you. Life is too short to be sad considering there are no guarantees in life.

Take a walk in the park, get a puppy, get involved in some volunteer work for a charity.... church, public zoo, local library, or some type of community event.
I used volunteer for our local zoo. They have community events like Ice Cream safari... I used to dress up as different animals for their events. (Owls, rabbits, even Humpty Dumpty... though the kids kept trying to push me over... still kina fun.)
