I am a stadying civil engineering in alexandria university in Egypt, this I will be graduated in spring 2007, I am looking for scholar ship to get my master degree in USA, I need to know what I have to do? and the stepes to do that?

It seems to be hard for international students to get funded for grad school in America. I think that many international students pay out of pocket for tuition. The biggest opportunity for funding is to be a teaching assistant (TA). It's not a scholarship, so much as a low-paying part-time job. I'm not very familiar with civil engineering, but in the sciences, TAs are usually responsible for running laboratory classes. Some TAs might only grade homework and exams. I think you have a better chance of getting a teaching assistanship if your English is understandable to Americans.
