Be careful, it is sneaky. Before you know it you'll be hooked. If you love wine (as much as I do) drink it only when eating and if possible with a friend so as not to end up drinking the whole bottle by yourself. Keep away from spirits... these are nasty. If you drink out of stress, then release the tension by putting your problems on paper and trying to find a strategy to deal with them, this'll help tremendously. Then you can relax and treat yourself with alcohol-free beer and nachos! Take care.

you first and foremost have to look at what you do want out of life. You do not have to do something you do not want, just learn moderation. Asses your life and decided what can be helped by stopping drinking, you do not need to use alchol as a crutch.

The only thing wrong with you is you want everything to go your way. When it doesn't, you do things like asking this question to get attention. Grow up.

i don't see anything wrong with it, as long as it doesn't affect your work/school/family life.
