I have tried many times to find a way to justify someones hate. My ex had so much hate in him that it ate him away on the inside, he would justify that I hit you because my mother left me,I hate you because I do not have enough money. Of all the hate I have seen in this world I have never beenable to justify it, it only leads to excuses not justification. So I stay away from it and do not let it in my life. Sorry for the book your question just hit me I suppose.

You obviously have never met my neighbor Larry. The most worthless piece of walking meat you have ever met. Just last week he shot out 2 of the tires on my trailer. I do have to give him credit cause he's almost blind. But he was aiming at me. If my friend Lou hadn't hit him with chair off the porch and a couple of beer cans, who knows what kind of damage he could have done.
Then he stole my truck and got about 60 feet before he ran into my washing machine.
Yeah. I think I'm justified in hating him. Too bad he's my girlfriends husband

hhhmmm...I'm finding these answers to be interesting.
My first instinct is to say there is no justification.
But, on second thought, this is my take on this question...
If a large middle aged man, took my ten year old daughter from her school bus stop, and raped her,
then strangled her and tossed her body in the river,
you can bet your asss that my hatred for this man
would be real, and justifiable

If something so extremely nasty was done to your loved ones. If they were slowly cut to pieces and skinned before your very eyes. If your mother was raped in front of you. If they cut off your penis and shoved it in your mouth If they starved you and made you eat dog faeces. If they took great delight in seeing how many of your family's heads they could cut off with swords in a competion with each other. If they raped your children in front of you and then skinned them to made shades for table lamps.
You would know hate, my friend. Hope it never happens to you.

I peresonally don't think there is any, but I think that some people try to justify it by saying that they were hated, therefore they feel like they can hate others. Bitterness is a powerful emotion, but it doesn't justify hate.

The only possible reasoning, for me. . .if someone abused one of my children. . .
For others?. . .abuse, ignorance, intolerance, conditioning. . .
It is sad, but true.
"Whoever angers you, conquers you."
That has been my mantra when feeling angry, which, thankfully is not too often.
