when I'm trying to reinstall Mcafee I get this message

This night be a clue. Kaspersky is AVG(I think) Did you have that or currently have it installed? Is yes remove it if you've already removed it you may need a removal tool

Anti virus can create these kinf of problems, because theu are connected to so mant parts of your OS. Then they create conflicts with other antvirus. You should always have only ONE antivirus installed, so you don't get everything allmixed up. You can also have other tools to help, but just one is what you want One time I couldn't get a CA.assoc antivirus to uninstall because it was always running and gave me a conflict message. I did run>MSCONFIG> and stoppped in the services so I could uninstall it.

what OS are you running? Check your user account settings if you have multiple user accounts on your computer. your user account settings may not allow you to install software. try installing it under a different user.
