I'm 13 yrs. old, 5'3" (Which is tall for my age) and very skinny. I can find cute tops & stuff to wear usually... but jeans never fit me! They either stay up and are too short or are too big in the waist & the right length. I have long legs.) I do wear belts, but sometimes even that doesn't work very well. if someone could recommend some (inexpensive) brands that run small & long, that's be great! Thanks!

DELIAS!
Delias clothes are great, especially the jeans, they may be a little out of a 13 year olds price range but thats what parents are for. The fit gre4at in all the right places, you should at least go try some on and see what you think, its worth it, especially for a tall and skinny chick. good luck hun :]

You could have them altered but that could add to the cost by $20 a pair, could be worth it for the fit. Be happy that your able to be thin as you will fill out later.

Not really sure what to recommend but that is short for a thirteen year old if you ask me. When I was 13 I was 5'8 or 5'9...

wearing layers creates the illusion that you're taller. as for jeans, Lee and Levi should work, they come in short, medium, and tall sizes
