im already 2-3 cm.. what can i do to dilate more so when i go to the hospital they dont send me back home. im 39 weeks. doct stripped membranes yesterday.... doct say the baby is ready and im due any day now.

do not drink castor oil i did and i was in so much pain i never had pain like that before and i never went into labor. my mom drank ginger tea it worked for her.
