Both look very similar to me, they also act the same in a way, there both reincarnations of past women, they both have crazy grandpas, and they both have that shinto priestest thing going on. So you decide.

Yes, except for the hair and eyes (I think Rei's eyes are different colored). But Kagome doesn't have two ravens flying around with her either. Rei also knows she's a priestess already, Kagome kind of learned that on accident.

They do look very similar, but Kagome doesn't get a pretty transformation like Rei does. That and Rei has the better personality.
