my teacher treats me terrible and she cant teach when she actually is filling in for another one of my teachers who was acused of rape. so he wont ever come back so i need help.

Go to your guidance councilor's office and ask to speak with him/her. If you're a good student they may listen. If you are a borderline student they won't care. Speak with you parents and ask them to have you transferred to another class. Also try not to talk back or give the teacher any reason to pick on you. Once you are on their sh!t list you never get off.

I would first ask that you try your best to do exactly what the teacher is asking of you and behave your best during class time. If the problem continues, go visit your school guidance counselor. Explain honestly what is going on giving examples of just HOW you feel they are being mean to you. Ask the counselor what you can do to help the situation. They should be able to help you work things out one way or another.

You can always talk to your counselor about the problem. If you can have other students to come with you or sign a piece of paper saying that your not the only one having this problem, I'm sure the counselor will talk to your teacher in private.
