That's another way of saying, "possession with intent to sell." That means whoever got charged with it had enough that the police suspect he/she wasn't keeping all the goods for him-/herself.

What a sincere inquiry. I'm thinking you are young and probably an 'Amsterdam' kinda person. I'm sorry you need to know this info . Also fortunate that there is a misdemeanor charge 4 meth. I live in Texas where possession of any amount is a felony. 10k bond.5k attorney fees. It's not worth it legally (can't get house, job,car or volunteer at your child's school) and in 2013 the controlled substance commonly called meth is a highly flammable noxious mixture of poisons that destroy your teeth and gums, ruins your complexion (acne) and can give you the dreaded amphetamine psychosis (look it up ) many times instantaneous with first dose. Real meth (pre-1986) would not bring that on in a year with weekly use. If you must self abuse-pick your delivery system-inject,smoke or snort common Epsom Salts. NOT BATHSALTS !!!! Just common (not scented) bath/body soak Epsom salts. You will get a warm pleasant sensation that lasts about 1-2 minutes. PS Epsom salts are also a mild laxative. Bonus. of meth - a known illegal drug
for resale - on person in forms/sizes to sell to others, trafficing.
means they had meth on them and they were gonna sell it as a dealer, which is worse than just being caught with meth.

It means that you had the meth to sell it not to use it, which I believe is much more serious than just possessing it as it should be.
