Need help wording a dedication/card/message, whatever you want to call it, for my longtime boyfriend. I am making a photo album of all our 2006 adventures and events, of which there were many. On the first page I want to include a message that convey's how great the past year has been and what it means to have him in my life and that I look forward to future adventures. I am not a very deep or emotional person though so I am having difficulty saying that sweetly, sincerely and succinctly or creativly. What would you say? I know it seems silly to ask others this, but if you are a writer maybe you are better with words than me, maybe at least your words will help me get going, or get in touch with my more compassionate side. However, a reminder this will be read by others since it is in a book. I'm looking forward to hearing your suggestions. Thanks for the help!

To my longtime boyfriend,
without him this book could not have been possible, the inspirations, encouragements, and the memories unimaginable, for the love we share beyond the test of time, this book is for you.

I think you absolutely have the ability to put your own thoughts and feelings into words. "How great this past year has been. It means so much to have you in my life, and I look forward to future adventures with you."

Sounds wonderful to me.
