Google "reverse phone directories" and try a couple of the free ones. Some have cell numbers, some don't.
If they keep doing it, you should file a complaint with the police. THEY can get the info from TMobile for sure!

Many people that I know still do use home phones, but it's becoming more and more that people are beginning to use cell phones only. Especially now, since the dial-up internet connection is being overtaken by DSL and Broadband. For long-distance calls a phone card can be used with a cell phone, so the home/land phone is really not necessary anymore.
