THE ROAD NOT TAKEN
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

It is about making decisions in life. Are you going to be routine and do what everyone else does and take the unexpected or are you going to have adventure and try new things even though you do not know what may come of them or what lies ahead. And in the end the risk was worth it.

Robert Frost talks about two roads; one that is trampled and worn, and another that looks as if no one else has passed through it. He's talking about a lot of things. One, being choices. Right and wrong, good and bad, popular and rarely chosen....He also talks about the outcome or consequences of each trail. In the poem, he takes the less-trodden road, and in result says that it has changed his life. ("I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.") In then end, he's trying to say that sometimes, the road less traveled is the best one to take. It's like that saying, "What's popular isn't always right, and what's right isn't always popular." Hope that helped.....I also suggest "Fire and Ice" be Robert Frost.

It is related to the choices we make every day. At school or at work, giving into peer presure would be the road most taken, not to is the road less taken. I could go on forever with exaples like these.
