I've been looking forever for this movie and i cant find it. It's about some guy from the future who kills people and he always says "I come in peace" and the last guy says "You go in peace" then shoots him in the head. I think it's one of the greatest scenes ever. So sombody please tell me the name of this movie.

It's "I come in peace".
You are a little off on the ending, but get the gist. He spears the big dude on an exposed pipe, and when the alien utters "I come in peace", Dolph retorts "and you leave in pieces". Then shoots him and blows him up. That type of one liner mad Arnold famous.
It's one of those bad movies you still watch - a guilty pleasure

There's a Dolph Lundgren movie title "I Come in Peace" which sounds like what you've described. It was also released under the title, "Dark Angel."
