The above answer is correct.The gasket may be worn out if the drip doesn't stop, if the drip stops the gasket and seal are fine and all is normal.

A lot of the newer ones, especially the ones with pull out hand held sprayers, have vacuum breakers built in to them that drain out a little water after they are shut off. This is annoying but probably normal.
