Commando - "I let him go" Arnold's response on where the bad guy was - he dropped him off a cliff - his sidekick never really catches on.
Dirty Harry - "This is a 44 magnum, it will take your head clean off. So tell me punk, do ya feel lucky" Clint Eastwood pointing a small cannon at a bad guy (this is probably not word for word)
Hard Target - Van Dam dumps a grenade down Lance Hendricksons dockers, and then head butts him and runs off. Lance digs out the grenade and screws off the top thus diffusing it. He unfortunately neglects to move the fuse far enough away and it sparks, he says "whoop" (in an oops kinda of way) and gets blown to pieces as the fuse sparked the powder in the grenade.
