Does anyone think that the show's format will run and run ad infinitum?

no;
it will end when idiots grow tiered of watching it (if audiences drop then the program will drop).
or
equally when idiots grow tierd of ringing in to vote people off the show... that generates cash for the the program makers
or
when the program editors and poroducers get so desparate for headlines and images that they encourage or coerce victims soemthing outrageous or just plain dangerous or harmfull (eg a victims death or mentla wellbeing) that they are embarassed into stopping it
I think Channel4 have just signed a contract to take the format throuigh untill 2012... theres a cheering thought

I think sometime it is bound to end, people will get sick of it. the ratings will ten plummit to new record lows. It will begin to cost the makers of the show more money to produce it than they get back from the viewers. They will at that point go off the air.

The show is relatively cheap to make and makes alot of money from the advertisers.
As long as it still doing that it will keep going, and going and going.
How do we stop it...don't watch it!

Oh God! I thought it had, now I'm horrified all over again. I actually liked the 1st season. It was something new. Now, I don't think you could pay me to watch that again!
Take my advice & turn the channel!!! :)

It will continue as long as us sad fools keep watching. Every season i say i'm not going to bother, but then i'm glued to the set.

its boring and not good, i hate it and never watching it. only seen it once or twice, its waste of time and useless. My time is much more precious than cheap advertising for fame. huh!
