Very astute, ISH! I like dealing with facts. I think basing decisions on facts is the only way to go, however when you are in the middle of a situation, it may become difficult to separate facts from assumptions. My Grandma always used to tell me "Hindsight is 20/20."

You're basing this on the assumption that we are not a MTV generation. The idiots coming out of schools now are not capable of using facts. They are used to seeing what the media gives them which is are assumptions and crap. Not possible in this day and age.

A great deal would be saved. However its only natural to follow your instincts and assumptions, so time after time we make the wrong descision without even really realising it and get the bad results because of it.

As long as deception is a factor in this life, the problem is determining fact from fiction. If everyone was honest and truthful we wouldn't have to assume anything. Maybe greed and desire are the roots of all dishonesty. (Something to think about anyway.)

Wow a real live intelligent question --Thank you!!!! Life would be so much better--there would be less drama with out the he said -she said stuff that people do all the time--And when couples have an argument they wouldn't drag up the past --That would be almost perfect wouldn't it??

We would probably all be atheists (holding religion up to the same scientific scrutiny we do everything else), be more thoughtful in our actions and generally have better lives.

Very logical thinking, good for you,most of us are instinctual gamblers. we injoy that kind of high ,win and lose. Assumptions,predictions,perceptions, that can open the door to new ventures and experience. Don't you agree?
