Take Gingko Biloba.....you can find it in the vitamin section and make sure to get lots of sleep at night and eat healthy and exercise.

Try doing crossword puzzles, even easier ones in the TV Guide, and read, read, read to keep your mind stimulated.

Okay, I'm still dealing with memory loss, it hasn't gotten that bad over the years, and I'm just 27, so what I started to do is write a journal, write what you did today, write it by describing how things looked, what color they projected, how you felt when something was said, write down what was being decussed. Keep little notes, everywhere, I have a memory bored right by my door, I use different colored ink on, I do have reminders of what my printer cartrige is in my computer is and what size, becasue I forget, I can not stress that enough, I didn't for a while, because I thought I was being just like an old person, I have 3 calendar's in my room, 2 are dry erase calendar's, one is a paper calendar which I have tacked to my tack board, and I write things that need to be done on there, certain days. OH yeah, drink coffee, I drink a lot of it and it is said in some study that elderly people who drink coffee could remember a lot more then those who didn't. Good luck with your memory.

I have started to forget somethings too. It's probably cos my brain has been inactive for a while. It's like a muscle, that if you don't keep exercised, starts to get weakened. There are some brain training exercises that you can do. There is even a game on the Nintendo DS like it.
