How can you not pose a question in a gramatically correct fashion (or avoid posting the same question multiple times within the span of a few minutes) at age 17, when people much younger than you can? Also, I do not know what you mean by people older than you, since most of us answering calculus questions here are 12 and under. You just learned about limits? Man, you're slow!

Aside from the host site restricting access in some fashion, there's no way to keep anyone on here from answering a question.
Unfortunately, there's no way to include a literacy restriction either.
