How can you not pose a question in a gramatically correct fashion (or avoid posting the same question multiple times within the span of a few minutes) at age 17, when people much younger than you can? Also, I do not know what you mean by people older than you, since most of us answering calculus questions here are 12 and under. You just learned about limits? Man, you're slow!
OK, I know that was an obnoxious reply. Based on what I interpreted the tone of your question to be, I was guessing that was what you wanted. If not, my apologies.

Aside from the host site restricting access in some fashion, there's no way to keep anyone on here from answering a question.
Unfortunately, there's no way to include a literacy restriction either.

start by using spell check and asking a question in proper English.
