Unless you know that she has lesbian tendencies, I wouldn't risk the friendship. If you believe that this feeling is strong enough to risk the friendship, then go for it, otherwise leave it be.

are you gay or bi or anything? kissing is just kissing, its passionate and fun, you can kiss and not mean anyhting by it just do it for fun, i wouldn't say anything unless you are really close. first id snoop around and ask little questions here or there and try to feel her out for answers. if she loves you like a friend shell be understanding of your feelings and may or may not act on them. maybe shes feeling the same way, a lot of women find other women attractive and kiss. but not knowing how they feel about certain things or their views, might ruin a friendship if you open up to quickly.
