i bought the zune, i cracked the sceen, best buy wont take it back even under my replacement plan, can i return/exchange it at walmart since they will take back almost anything?

If you have a protection plan your zune should be covered by a 3rd party member. Best Buy, Walmart, Circuit City, 6th Avenue ... etc they just sells the products and if anything happens it's they are not responsible for it. Need more info the plan. Walmart won't accept it cuz they will only take what they sell. Sorry to break the bad news.....
