I was preaviously on a website (was bored at school) that said ipod controlled 79% of the market and the runner up (Sony) has 8%. is ipod that huge and will it stay in control??

good things fade away eventually. there will be something else much better one of these days. the iPod is more of a fad.

I dont think so, more and more people are buying mp3 players for long. especially since they have video and photo capability and come in a bunch of colors. ipods are usually white and just have a screen for the names of the songs. they are also more expensive.

prolly not cause like zunes and such u can buy ur own batteries and put them in your self, unlike ipod u can send it in or buy crap off the internet and mess it up, they make ipods were theyre not to br opened up or tinkered with so i would say no cause theyre trying to make money so u have to send it to the apple support to fix ur ipod, everyone is getting tired of them and getting sony's and etc........hope this helped!!!

yes for at least a while, even more so because the microsoft zune isnt such an 'ipod killer' as it was supposed to. nothing better about it and you have to use crappy windows media player to use it

There will be something better but the apple company like to accept challenges so they will bring out something better ..... dats wat they pay thier employes 4 .
