What things or activites makes you feel like an low-life idiot?

For me its watching Jerry Springer-like shows or listening to gansta rap songs. Eewwwwwww!!. Things that make you feel like you have to take a shower afterwards .

realizing that your wrist watch that you'd been looking for, had been on the ledge near the waste basket which you had, not too long before, emptied into a trash bag and tossed into the complexes dumpster. As you are half in and half out of the dumpster, just about everyone in the apartment complex that works days comes driving in at the end of their work shift and sees you 'dumpster diving' and one little old lady offers to 'feed' you that night.

You just want to crawl in a hole and die....

Looking for a better job, or staying on the computer all day which is a very addictive thing. I believe something more contructive, time consuming and fullfilling should be done, such as writing lyrics or taking a walk or actually working. It seem like we get too caught up in useless every day thing instead of using our intellegence and talents to the best of our ability. Even listening music and taking all in can be a bit constructive.
