I BROUGHT THE ZUNE, I CRACKED THE SCREEN, BEST BUY WONT TAKE IT BACK EVEN UNDR MY REPLACEMENT PLAN, CAN I RETURN TO WAL-MART SINCE THEY WILL TAKE BACK ALMOST ANY THING?

CORRECTION. i bought the zune at Best Buy NOT walmart, i cracked the screen, best buy ont take it back even under my replacement plan, can i take it back to walmart since they will take back almost anything?

It wouldn't be very moral, but you could probably buy another Zune at Wal-Mart and return the one you bought from Best Buy (the broken one) to Wal-Mart. Just swap the boxes and use the Wal-Mart receipt. You should just send it to Microsoft for repair.... but I know you won't ;-)

Not without a receipt. The will check the barcode vs their system and it will show it was not bought there.

well it can't hurt to try. Don't tell them where you bought it, but the UPC is the same anywhere, so if they have them, it will ring in. If not, tell them it was a gift and you weren't sure where it came from.
