$5.15 hourly (for the store host), with commissions of $1 to $5 for each plan you sell, and other commissions of anywhere between .5% and 2% for phones and some accessories. You can qualify for a $.15 cent an hour raise after the first 6 months, and $.25 after the first year, and every after that, possibly slightly more, depending on your performance. Since you're the host of the store, an agent from Sprint will be closely evaluating the performance of your store, and you personally as well.

Also, if you want to keep a phone inventory at your store (as opposed to having to order each phone from a Sprint distribution center every time a customer buys one from you), you'll have to pay a $10,000 security deposit to Sprint upon opening the store, and you won't get your first paycheck until 3 months after you sell your first contract, and then after that 3 months, you'll have to wait 6 months after each contract before your store is paid for it. You will also will get a $25 deduction from your personal paycheck for every contract that cancels in the first 6 months.
