If your directing this toward the mentally retarded, then it does anger me some-what that someone would make a cruel, harsh statement. These people cannot help it. However, i'll be brave enough to admit, I have laughed before, but did feel guilty!
On the other hand, if you're speaking of general, retarded people with no common sense, then I could care less. Because, these people actually have the ability and are capable of gaining more intelligence. So, laugh away and poke fun all you want.

It's natural to laugh. Some things are just funny, but I don't think that means it's OK to be mean or without compassion or care. ... I drove a short yellow bus once with perfectly smart people on it.
